RETURNS
Customers have a 3-day window from the date of purchase to report any issues with Ebook not accessing a pre-loaded account. Upon reporting an issue, we commit to providing troubleshooting guidance within 24 hours. If the issue persists despite troubleshooting efforts, we will promptly offer resend you pre-loaded account or a full refund. Any concerns raised after the initial 3-day period will be considered accepted.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders for Ebook can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if ebook isnot deliver to you. Unfortunately, orders for pre-loaded accounts are non-cancellable after delivery, as the account details are exposed to the customer. Cancellations are subject to a minimal charge of (3.4%) + $0.30, deducted from the refund to cover our processing costs.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued by us within 24 hours after agreeing to a return or cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the refund from us. The refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card/banking statement, this is beyond our control.
