RETURNS

Customers have a 3-day window from the date of purchase to report any issues with eBooks or software's not accessing a pre-loaded account. Upon reporting an issue, we commit to providing troubleshooting guidance within 24 hours. If the issue persists despite troubleshooting efforts, we will promptly offer resend you pre-loaded account or a full refund. Any concerns raised within the initial 3-day period will be considered accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders for eBooks and software's can be canceled within 30 minute of purchase if it is not subjected to deliver otherwise not. Unfortunately, orders for pre-loaded accounts are non-cancellable after delivery, as the account details are exposed to the customer. Cancellations are subject to a minimal charge of (3.4%) + $0.30, deducted from the refund to cover our processing costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued by us within 24 hours after agreeing to a return or cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the refund from us. The refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your card/banking statement, this is beyond our control.
